Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original Rieker box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
